Describe
This product is a 12.8V 100Ah low-temperature dedicated lithium iron phosphate battery. It adopts high-quality lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) cells, which have undergone strict low-temperature environment testing and process optimization. It has excellent low-temperature discharge performance, stable charge and discharge efficiency, and a long service life. Designed specifically for power supply of various devices in extremely cold environments, it is widely suitable for low-temperature power supply needs in military, civilian and other fields.
I. Core Product Parameters
-
Product Model: 12.8V 100Ah
-
Nominal Voltage: 12.8V (stable output, suitable for most 12V devices)
-
Nominal Capacity: 100Ah (under rated discharge conditions, capacity attenuation is slow and battery life is long)
-
Dimension: 329×173×215×220mm (compact size, easy to install and adapt to various devices)
-
Charging Temperature: 0℃~45℃ (it is recommended to charge in a normal temperature environment to improve the battery cycle life)
-
Discharging Temperature: -40℃~60℃ (it can still discharge stably in extremely cold environments, meeting the use needs of low-temperature scenarios)
-
Applications: Military power supplies, dash cams, GPS navigators, navigation beacons, intelligent monitoring power supplies and other products used in extremely cold environments
II. Core Product Advantages
1. Super Strong Low-Temperature Adaptability
Adopting a special low-temperature cell formula, it can still maintain stable discharge performance in an extremely cold environment of -40℃, with a discharge efficiency of not less than 80%. It solves the pain points that ordinary lithium iron phosphate batteries cannot start and discharge insufficiently at low temperatures, and is suitable for long-term use of equipment in high-latitude and cold regions.
2. Safe, Stable and Long Service Life
The lithium iron phosphate material itself has four protections: overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature and short circuit. The battery has a built-in protection board, which can effectively prevent battery damage and eliminate potential safety hazards. The number of cyclic charge and discharge can reach more than 2000 times (capacity retention rate ≥80%), and the service life is far longer than that of ordinary lead-acid batteries and conventional lithium batteries, reducing the power supply maintenance cost of equipment.
3. Sufficient Capacity and Stable Power Supply
The nominal capacity is 100Ah, the deviation of actual discharge capacity is ≤±2%, the power supply output is stable without voltage fluctuation, which can meet the long-term continuous power supply needs of high-power equipment (such as intelligent monitoring, military power supply), and avoid equipment failure caused by unstable voltage.
4. Compact Size and Strong Adaptability
Adopting a standardized appearance design, it is small in size and light in weight, and can directly replace the original battery of the same specification without modifying the equipment. It is widely suitable for various small and medium-sized equipment such as dash cams, GPS navigators and navigation beacons, and is easy to install.
III. Notes for Use
-
Please use the matching special charger for charging. The charging voltage must match the nominal voltage (12.8V). Do not use a non-special charger to prevent battery damage due to overcharging.
-
Avoid charging in an environment below 0℃. The charging environment temperature should be controlled between 0℃ and 45℃, which can effectively extend the battery cycle life.
-
Avoid being in an extremely low temperature environment below -40℃ for a long time during discharge. Although it can discharge normally, long-term use will affect the battery life.
-
Do not disassemble, puncture or squeeze the battery, and avoid contact with open flames or high-temperature objects to prevent safety accidents such as battery leakage and explosion.
-
When the battery is not in use for a long time, please store it in a dry, ventilated and normal temperature environment (0℃~25℃), and charge it to 50%-70% every 3 months to prevent battery loss and damage.
-
The battery should be avoided from being exposed to rain, water or humid environment for a long time to prevent short circuit and damage to internal components.
