Describe
The ER14505 high-temperature lithium thionyl chloride battery is a high-performance primary battery designed for extreme temperature environments, integrating excellent stability, long service life and reliable discharge performance. It is specially developed to meet the power supply needs of electronic equipment working in high-temperature, harsh industrial scenarios, and has been widely used in various fields requiring high reliability and long-term power supply.
This battery adopts advanced lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) chemistry, which endows it with outstanding high-temperature resistance. It can work stably in the temperature range of -40℃ to +150℃, and maintain stable discharge voltage and capacity even under long-term high-temperature operation, without obvious performance attenuation. The nominal voltage of the battery is 3.6V, with a nominal capacity of 1900mAh, providing sufficient power support for low-power electronic equipment.
In terms of discharge performance, the battery supports a maximum continuous working current of 100mA and a maximum pulse current of 200mA, which can meet the power demand of most low-power industrial sensors, monitoring equipment and other devices. With a compact structure, the battery has a weight of 20g and dimensions of Φ15.2 × 50.5mm, which is easy to install and assemble, and can be flexibly applied to various small-sized electronic devices with limited installation space.
The ER14505 high-temperature lithium thionyl chloride battery has the characteristics of long shelf life (up to 10 years under normal storage conditions), low self-discharge rate, and no leakage, ensuring reliable power supply for equipment in long-term standby or continuous operation. It is non-rechargeable, which avoids potential safety hazards caused by incorrect charging and ensures the safety and stability of the equipment during use.
Applicable scenarios include but are not limited to: high-temperature industrial monitoring equipment, automotive electronic components, oil and gas exploration instruments, aerospace auxiliary equipment, high-temperature sensors, and other fields that require stable power supply under extreme temperature conditions. It is an ideal power solution for harsh environment electronic equipment.
Note: This battery is a primary battery and cannot be recharged; avoid short-circuiting, disassembling or exposing it to open flames; store it in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and high-temperature heat sources to ensure its performance and service life.
