With the launch of an advanced zero emission hydrogen powered bus, Hong Kong's public transportation landscape is undergoing a revolutionary transformation. After the debut of Hong Kong's first electric double decker bus two years ago, the first hydrogen fuel double decker bus has been put into service on Hong Kong's Bus Route 20, marking a new step in Hong Kong's rich transportation history.

The double decker hydrogen fuel bus, operated and refueled by the first hydrogen fuel station in Hong Kong at West Kowloon Depot, began its first journey at 11 am on the same day. We are honored to welcome many happy bus and transportation enthusiasts to come and ride, and have distributed some certificates and gifts to commemorate this historic moment - 'The future is H2re'. This hydrogen fuel bus serves Route 20, from Kai Tak (Mu'an Street) to Cheung Sha Wan (Haida), with an initial daily service of 6 to 8 trips.
